Registration fees (included accommodation & meals)

  • Academic       CHF 600,00
  • Industry         CHF 1.200,00

Academic members must send a proof of their status to to benefit from the related fee. It not, we will automatically charge the industry fee.


Registration includes

  • Conference registration fee
  • 2 nights accommodation in a four-star hotel (September 4 and 5, 2017)
  • Meals and coffee breaks
  • Name badge and conference materials
  • Transportation during the event between the hotel, conference venue and restaurants.

Not included in the fee: transportation to/from conference venue.


Registration process

A pre-registration confirmation will be sent back by e-mail within 15 days after you’ve submitted your request for registration. This message will direct you towards a secured online payment platform. Registration and online payment are mandatory to receive a registration confirmation by e-mail.

  • Deadline to register: July 15, 2017
  • Registration is now closed.
  • The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 60 attendees.
  • Your registration request will be validated by the Organizing Committee.


Cancellation policy

Should you need to cancel your participation, please contact the Conference Officer immediately by email ( Cancellation request is valid only with acknowledgement of receipt by the Conference Officer.

  • If cancellation occurs earlier than June 1, the registration fee will be reimbursed to the full, less CHF 50,00 administration fee.
  • Any cancellation between June 2 and July 7 will be refunded with 50% cut-off.
  • If cancellation occurs from July 8 onwards, there will be no refund.
